About Us
Learn about God First Congregations, Presbyterian Church of Ghana — Alajo. Our history, mission, and vision.
Our Story
Our History
God First Congregations began as a small fellowship of believers in the Alajo community of Accra, united by a shared desire to worship God and serve their neighbors.
Through the grace of God and the dedication of founding members, the congregation grew steadily. Under the oversight of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, we were formally constituted as a congregation, and have since become an active part of the Ga Presbytery.
Our history is marked by faith milestones — from our first church building to the establishment of various ministries and societies that serve our members and the wider community.
Today, God First Congregations stands as a beacon of hope and faith in Alajo, continuing the legacy of our founders while embracing the fresh work that God is doing among us.
